** LISTED AREAS ARE COLOR CODED TO SHOW WHERE EACH TYPE OF APPLICANT/PARTICIPANT WILL BE ZONED. THE FINAL LAYOUT MAY HAVE SLIGHT MODIFICATIONS FROM THIS DIAGRAM. **
Practitioners: an area where healers and professionals in body, energy, or psychological work give 15-20 minute sessions by donation. They bring their own massage tables, screens and whatever equipment or display is needed to fill their 10×10′ or 10×5′ space. Tables and chairs will be available to rent prior to the event.
Instructors: there will be an area under the tent to host short class sessions for those exploring different types of classes in exercise such as yoga and pilates or time with a personal trainer. Visitors will be encouraged to bring or be able to purchase mats to participate. If there is any other special equipment you’d like to integrate, please make sure to bring them for your class.
Centers and Organizations: This would be an area where healing and health-focused organizations could have a tabling area for guests to wander and ask questions to learn more about the programming and resources offered.
Vendors: Are you a maker with a focus on wellness? Those who make things like natural skincare, healthy food products, fitness fashion or equipment, jewelry, crystals, healing balms and tinctures can be selling their wares.
Speakers + Demonstrations: This would be a small area set up with seats for an audience and equipped with a microphone where folks can speak about what they do or about their facility, classes, workshops, or abilities.
Food + Drink: This is a great area for people in nutrition and health food to sell or make things. Also, a great area for food and drink sponsors to give their wares away. Vendors in the Field will bring their own 10×10 tent. Tables and chairs can be rented prior to the event.
